This was the worst experience ever

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered a dress in September for my daughter to be part of her best friend wedding. I expedited the shipping 3-5 days. My daughter flew in from LA. The wedding was 10!13, we got the dress the nest day. I sent 10 emails and chats to get and update, only to be told to send an email. The email told me to track the dress. Needless to say we had to search for 7 hours to find something she could wear and it was horrible. Her dress did not match any of the other gowns. I have sent the dress back!!! The dress was ordered 3 weeks prior to the wedding, the extra $29.99 was a waste of money.
