COMPLETE SCAM!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER. My order was shipped twice, first time got a notification that counterfeit postage was used and package was seized by USPS. They sent another one and went to the wrong address, then said it was out for delivery 3 days later and that my package was for sure going to get to me....ordered for someone in Louisiana and package was out for delivery 10 hours away in Texas. After disputing the charge through PayPal I received an email asking for me to close the dispute. Well needless to say the dispute was not closed and I did receive my refund but only through PayPal. I asked twice for my money back through the company and never got a reply regarding refund only a reply with broken promises of receiving the package.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your order. We did send the correct item to USPS; however, due to a technical issue, they displayed incorrect postage information. We then shipped a replacement package, but unfortunately, USPS was also unable to deliver it.

After carefully reviewing the case with USPS, we discovered that the ZIP code provided in your address was incorrect, which caused your package to be redirected to Texas (ZIP code 79560). Here is the address listed in our system:

ZIP code: 79560

According to our policy, we are only responsible for delivery issues when the shipping information provided is correct. Since the ZIP code error was in the address we received, we kindly ask you to resolve the dispute with your bank. Once that is settled, we would be more than happy to resend a new package to you. Also, please provide us with correct address.

Please rest assured that we are a legitimate business. We’ve also incurred additional costs with our production and courier partners while trying our best to fulfill your order.
