Not worth the money…
I struggle with food intolerances and allergies. I hoped York test would be able to provide me with at least a basic guide to foods to avoid. I took the food allergy and intolerance test and was very surprised and disappointed by the results they gave me. An example being they scored me 5 for being intolerant to milk. I had an idea of potential allergies / intolerances and milk was not one of those. Following my results I drank a glass of milk and surprise surprise it had no adverse effects. I would not trust the results provided compared to the cost of both tests. Do not waste your money on this expensive test.

It is great that you have purchased our Food Intolerance and Allergy Bundle. Symptoms of food intolerance and food allergy differ, with the antibody involved in intolerances being IgG and in allergies being IgE.
A person can be intolerant and not allergic, and vice versa.
We do need to speak with you, as a score of 5 for intolerance is a low reaction, and we would not expect you to have intolerance symptoms. We must provide you with the support needed so you can action the results and start to address the symptoms you have been experiencing.
