Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service, they charged me a lot for a problem that they did not fix, took my car back 3 times and at no point did they say that they could not fix the problem. Raised a complaint, the person dealing with my complaint did not respond for 5 months because he said he was on holiday and didn't bother checking any of his messages when he got back and when he did respond he seemed very intoxicated. Raised a complaint about him and this service can't even be bothered to respond my messages. I have never come across a company that has no professionalism and absolutely no standards, they don't deserve to survive in this economy

UPDATE: instead of responding to my emails, of which I sent another one to their customer service team on 21/10/25, they decided to flag down my review for defamatory content, they seem to have no basic understanding of the difference between the truth and defamatory. Mr Cluch, stop lying and respond to my complaints, this is how complaint procedures work, I will give you the advice for free too, just like I have had to tell you what to do at every step... all for free!!!!
