HI I thought it was a scam online at first. Not until I got to the customer service chat box and spoke to Jerald. He helped me a lot and explained my issue on why the license I uploaded was rejected and processing of the permit stalled. He gave me options of how to correct it and I followed it and in an instant, the processing progressed and I got the digital IDP immediately after he helped me. It was a very good experience for me and regained my trust to the online process and thank you to the guy named Jerald.
