I can see how this is a good service when it works BUT it is shocking when it doesn’t. I needed a script, knew the exact medication, and received a prescription quickly. The name and percentages of the cream were the same but what I required was different. In the email confirming the consult it had the correct medication, but the script was different (which I didn’t realise until I went to get it fulfilled at the chemist and got it home). I have tried to return the medication for the exact one but chemist confirmed the doctor typed in something incorrectly to what was written in the email confirmation. I’m down the fee for consult AND the cost for an incorrect medication.

I have tried for days to get contact, the app is primitive, the bot for help is useless, no one replies to the email. If your doctor gets anything wrong or you need to call them back it is IMPOSSIBLE. Feels like a scam and I’m disappointed there’s no service to customers whatsoever.

Be careful before you proceed. The script error was not even noticeable as percentages and name of cream was the same, but strength and application wasn’t. Wasted my money and won’t use again.
