They fine me because they sent a false product
I have the same problem, many people have. Zalando sent a false package, i returned it the official way. I keep receiving fines because i haven’t payed for it. I mean they have sent shoes instead of a bra, and not my size either and since i sent it back i don’t feel paying for something which’s not mine and haven’t ordered or have use for it. And i find it absolutely infuriating that they fine me for a mistake they have made. Also i can’t contact anyone because they don’t have an e-mail address a phone number or anything where i could contact them. But probably a lawyer will find a way.
