I would urge anyone to be extremely cautious with this company. I ordered garden furniture on 29 July and was promised a delivery date the week beginning August 25th. The date came and went with no delivery as promised. I started e mailing on 29 August enquiring about the delivery and kept getting fobbed off with promises of the items coming into port in 8 days or waiting for a date to unload. There was still no delivery by 12 September, which was when I raised a dispute with PayPal. On receiving notification of the dispute, Dave emailed me to tell me he needs the PayPal case closed before he can deliver. This is an immediate red flag for me, and the case was left open. They were given a certain time limit by PayPal to resolve the issue; despite this, no delivery ever came, although I was telephoned by the haulage company to inform me that there was a delivery scheduled for me. Despite this, no delivery was ever dispatched, and by this time, I had lost all confidence in the company and in any goods they supply. PayPal closed the case in my favour on October 9th, and I was issued a full refund.

Be very careful with this company; they don't appear to be able to supply the goods in a reasonable timeframe, but are very happy to take your money. I am glad I used PayPal as I can imagine it would be impossible to get a refund off them otherwise.
