Excellent product, price and customer service.
I have used Latham's for a few years now, purely for the quality of the product, no other reason.
However, today i received some excellent customer service that deserved to be talked about.
One the locks broke for our fire exit and i have been struggling to find a replacement. 2 minutes on the phone with Lathams and they have sent out a replacement, for free.
