Sell Crash Damaged Cars

They sold us a vehicle with significant accident damage despite providing a 200 point checklist stating no evidence of accident damage.

Took over two months to get the rejection accepted and a refund as apparently cosmetic damage is not covered under the consumer rights act so they obviously have no idea of the law or just blatantly disregard it. They are now refusing to reimburse the costs incurred as a result of their breach of contract so will be looking forward to seeing them in court.

I am so sorry to hear that the vehicle's condition did not meet your expectations. We do request that customers physically inspect the cosmetic condition of the vehicle prior to taking collection.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate your details and we have yet to receive a response to our request for further information via Trustpilot.
