can't even give 0 stars as 1 is far too…

can't even give 0 stars as 1 is far too many! absolutely appalling company and customer service is a joke. I have contacted them numerous times including leaving a formal complaint email which went unacknowledged

Placed a large order for an event with different outfit options via klarna which didn't arrive via the courier company,had been in constant communication with boohoo regarding this and was told that as of 28/09 the parcel was considered 'lost' had to agree however that should the order arrive at a later stage i would return which I agreed to do, no refund given at this stage.

Parcel arrived and I went straight on to process return label so I could send back, a glitch in boohoo system froze the initial order return page and when I logged back in to my order it was saying refund via gift card!! immediately went no further and contacted boohoo on all of their communication platforms as there was no option to amend this to my original payment method. I had not chosen items to return, courier method nor generated a returns label

2 days later boohoo contacted to say the order would immediately be refunded to giftcard and they were unable to amend this, Klarna is aware of all issues and say they will investigate. Boohoo have not responded since to any of my emails etc and will not change this, had I completed the returns process and generated a label I could maybe understand but I had not and this is absolutely ridiculous that boohoo is unable to reset the order for me to allow me to refund to my original payment method which is all I want to do!

disgraceful company and I will never shop with them again
