We have just returned from a 2 week tailor made trip to Thailand. We booked the trip with Amber who was friendly, professional and full of information and advise. Amber booked all the transfers between our hotels and transfers from the airport all went without a hitch ! Hotels were great too. We also got our currency through Hays and were helped by Louise . All the staff in branch Sophie Ellie Amber Louise and I apologize if I have missed anyone were helpful patient and courteous. I have booked quite a few holidays with Hays Redcar and will continue to do so. Thank yoi
