We had an incredible experience with DFS Inverness. It took us a few visits to decide and try what we wanted, but all of the staff - specifically Georgia - were amazing. Super friendly, patient, helpful and not at all pushy. We ended up buying the Orka corner sofa, which was delivered and built as promised - and we are absolutely delighted with our purchase. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only that, we managed to grab a rug, tables, a vase and more from their clearance section which we have revisited several times since. I am sometimes dubious of quality and service from big name chains and would prefer to shop “independent” where possible, but DFS and their staff (Georgia!) have proved you can still get the same experience and more from the big league names.
