Positive experience overall with only one negative, that the price negotiation with the seller did not meet my expectations.

Once price agreed though, the Bezel experience was first class, relieving any small doubts I had considering it was my first time buying such an expensive watch online. Bezel was recommended by the WatchClyde YouTuber as a sponsor.

The most surprising and pleasing call was from the Bezel Concierge himself after I purchased to tell, or warn me, that the bracelet was 6", and ask if I still wanted it after the seller sent it to Bezel for authentication. I was also told on the phone by the Bezel Concierge of the actual condition of the watch, so there were no surprises when I received it by FedEx the next day.

So overall, a positive and confident buying experience, where the watch met my expectations, even though I paid more that I wanted to.
