I am an existing customer for one property who has decided to add other cottages to my insurance portfolio using the online technique. However having completed several insurances policies, only two (1 & 2 Manor Farm) of these appear on the Homeprotect summary page for some unknown reason.
Placing several policies with Homeprotect has proven to be confusing, which is detrimental to critical and fundamental cover.
I also need a booklet of the T&Cs please
