A dishwasher which is less than 6 months old, and with minimal usage, started leaking from an elbow joint. Despite being covered for parts under warranty Buzz Catering insist on a written engineers report - one from our in-house maintenance team is not sufficient. They recommended an engineer from 40 miles away - so a 2 hour round trip to write a report to tell us the the elbow joint has failed, something we already know. Customer care is non existent and I won't ever use them again.
