What came to me was NOT like the picture online. The leather on the bag looks smooth with extremely faint "symbols/brand". One can NOT see the "symbols/brand" unless you strain to see...NOT like it was pictured. No instructions how to return. I was so excited that it was finally being delivered only to be sad & disappointed.
