Title: 7 Hours Wasted – Unacceptable!


I waited 7 hours for an Openreach engineer to install my full fiber 150 connection via TalkTalk. They never showed up, and I got no call, no message, nothing. Completely unacceptable. This level of carelessness and lack of communication is shocking for a company of this size. Wasting a full day like this is disrespectful and frustrating. Openreach seriously needs to improve their scheduling and accountability.

I'm sorry your engineer did not arrive as expected.

For us to be able to look into this further and see what has happened, your service provider would need to raise this with us on your behalf.
