Title: Missed Appointment & Zero Communication — Extremely Frustrating

I waited from 1pm to 6pm for a TalkTalk engineer (likely Openreach) and nobody turned up. No call, no update — nothing.

Out of sheer frustration, I had to ring TalkTalk installation management twice, only to be told they had no way to contact their own engineers. Both times, I was met with pure speculation instead of real answers. On the last call, the advisor simply read “notes” that suggested the engineer might call me the following day — clearly made up on the spot.

Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. If this is how installations are handled, I dread to think what the service will be like once live.
