We never want anyone to feel misled when using our platform. The £39 Student Pass is a subscription that gives access to contact tutors, but we absolutely take your feedback on board about this. We’re continuously working to improve clarity on our site, and your comments help us do that.

However, as our team explained, because of the length of time that has elapsed between you purchasing and using your Student Pass in February 2024, and raising your concerns with us earlier this week (October 2025), unfortunately we couldn't assist you in this case.
