So, I upgraded from my pristine, always in a case with screen protector iPhone 11 Pro 256gb to a new iPhone and mazuma made me a reasonable offer for my old phone (the iPhone 11). I sent them the phone in the original box, with wires and everything that came with, and a few days later they sent me a mail stating my phone had 3 tiny scratches or 1 big scratch on the screen so they only wanted to give me a 3rd of the offer. I refused, they increased it to 40% of the original offer. I refused (knowing there were no scratches) and told them to send me the phone back. Lo and behold the phone arrived today a not a single scratch on it but they sent it back with no box no wires, nothing!!!! So they basically took my old phone for 2 weeks and devalued it in the process of wasting my time. Total disgrace. They owe me money. Do not use these thieves!
