Terrible experience – do not buy from this company

I had an awful experience with this company. I placed an order and received the wrong items in the wrong size. I contacted them, and it took three weeks to get a reply. When they finally responded, they offered to replace the items, but it took another two weeks for the new shipment to arrive.

When the replacement finally came, the product was damaged, broken, and of very poor quality. I tried to return it, and once again, the response time was terrible — it took them forever to reply, and they never provided a proper solution.

Customer service is horrible, product quality is extremely poor, and communication is painfully slow. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store under any circumstances.
