A distinct lack of communication was prevelant all through the process. Terse one line responses from our solicitor boardering on rudeness. Anyone would think we were paying her and not the other way around .A shocking service and would advise anyone to go elsewhere. I'v moved house 4 times and never have I experienced such arrogance and rudeness from a so called professional.
A long drawn out affair and I'm glad it's over! I'd give zero stars if there was an option. I read some reviews half way through our buying process and it looks like things haven't changed much.
