Very bad experience with refund department,
It look very poor service of communication with customer service,
They kept so difficult to contact and accessed for all customers
Specially refund department is very poor and bad service,
They dont have proper centralise communication system which in other companies has
They asked same question and finally the customers is not receiving his rights
Its look like kind of cheating or wate of time
Still i am waiting for my full refund even i contacted them multiple times
