As mentioned in our usage guide and terms & conditions, Sendico operates as a proxy service, meaning we assist in purchasing items from third-party sellers but do not sell the products ourselves. Because of this, we can only help with refunds on defective items when customers order a contents check, which allows us to identify and address issues while items are still in our warehouse.
Unfortunately, once items leave our facility, we’re unable to retrieve funds from the original seller. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy if you decide to make future purchases through our service.
