I was skepticle

I really believe talking to a human is important when people call your business, this solved a problem where we didn't always have people in the office to answer the phone, however, a human still answers and takes a detailed message which is sent immediately to the appropriate person. And the best part is I don't have to speak to solicitors any longer!
