I visited the Nottingham store. My original intention was to gather information for a purchase at a later date. However, I was so impressed with how Lucy my answered my questions, the advice she gave and the shoes she suggested for trying on that I happily chose some shoes and proceeded with the purchase. Lucy also cheerfully dealt with an OAP who had never used a treadmill before! I highly recommend the Up & Running store and their staff.
