I ordered from thredup a few times now and I’m usually satisfied with my orders. My last order however, was beyond unacceptable. The photos were COMPLETELY edited. I had ordered jeans which clearly were shown to be bootcut and were labeled as such in the caption. I received PENCIL LEG JEANS!!! Not sure how this could be mistaken. Extremely upset over this. I’m in college with no way of transportation so I cannot return the item without a hassle, it’s not even worth my time to deal with this company any further. Beyond disappointed, wanted to order more from this company. this is insane to me.
