SCAM ALERT - RETURNS ARE DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE! I talked to representative MATTHEW on 4 different occasions over approx 5 weeks about returning my order still sealed in the original delivery cases. Each time I was advised that a return authorization (RA) would arrive via e-mail and take up to one week to receive. It was clear on each of my follow-up calls that an RA had never been issued.
