I am very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our dispatch times.

As confirmed on our website we s state that we dispatch items the next working day. In your case I can see you raised your order on Friday the 10th and we actually dispatched your order Sunday the 12th.

Your order was delivered on the 14th, which is slightly longer that we would have hoped for, however if this had been dispatched on the next working day (the 13th) this would have been delivered in line with our next day delivery service.
