GYG should chose more carefully their partners
I booked a tour via GYG from Krakow to Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine organized by KrakowTouring. It was a total mess, I was left on the sidewalk at 3.50 AM because they put me on a wrong pick-up location list and they didn't even wanted to listen to me or let me show them my booking details. They didn' t answear the phone or reply to my messages for 2 hours. GYG refunded me for the trip after 3 days, that was ok, but I wonder how they can work with such unprofessional companies. I read reviews about bad experiences with that local service provider afterwards, but it was too late. When
I booked the tour through GYG I did it because I trusted them. Not any longer.
