Poor customer service

This was our first time and we were not aware that the meeting point was outside of the venue area. We went through security and then discovered the meeting point was outside and we woukd not have enough time to get. We tried to contact the guide many times before the 130 deadline but they didn't respond. We asked if they could meet us inside the venue. Our time passed and we had to buy a second set of tickets. We then tried to explain to the company the problem we incurred. They said too bad and it was our problem. No refunds of any kind

Don't use this company.
