Update on the Farfetch scam.
Farfetch scam has an advanced dynamics to it. I placed an order a month ago and they sent a tracking code what has been static for the last one month. I contacted them, they say the same thing. «please see the tracking and be patient ». After a while they stopped responding. I left a review and they replied me with the same message. I simply asked that they refund my payment, to which they say they can not refund my payment because my order is on the way( has been that way for one month). They do not know when the order will arrive and do not want to issue my refunds. Now they ask me to contact global customer service only that nothing exist like that. It all leads back to FAQs. I have reported the issue to the ECC and I advise everyone within the EU do the same. I have a lot of time to address this and will tackle them. I hate bullies!
