I am never buying here again. I ordered £200 pounds worth of plants and 2 planters. The plants arrived fine, only the planters never did. They were on the packing slip but with some pencil scribe next to them. I contacted Gardening Express via their contact form, via their chat, and I emailed them over the course of 2 months and never got a reply. Bizarrely for an online retailer only, they don't have a phone number! Retail dispute companies don't deal with them. That means £60 worth just evaporated due to poor costumer support.
