I’ve placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid my money a not received it. I’ve contacted them via the support page 3 times. Directly once and via instagram. All with no response.

We’ve previously ordered from this company multiple times and has always been great.

I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service (non existent atm)
