Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we're sorry to hear your order has not arrived, this is not what we would expect at all.
Looking at the USPS tracking information it seems the order was delivered to the Front desk/Reception/Mailroom on the 17th September . Can we please ask if you have checked those locations for the order.
We can see the consumer care team did respond to your email on the 11th October, we can only apologise if this did not reach you. The Consumer care team will be back in touch through a new Email thread today.
