I ordered my package on a Sunday to…

I ordered my package on a Sunday to pick it up in store in Covent Garden, said it was going to take 1-2 working days, by Thursday I hadn’t received any email saying it had arrived nor that it had been delayed by 2 days already. I went in store Thursday and a lovely lady helped me with the situation by offering me to buy the same product just a different colour that they had in store, and would refund me the item once it had arrived to their store but said it shouldn’t have taken this long to arrive to them.
Today I received an email saying the package was ready to pick up at the store, followed by another email one hour later saying it was lost in transit. Left slightly disappointed with the delivery service and communication besides the lady in store that helped me.
