These guys charge way too much for a tool that hasn't updated their user experience since the 90s.
Use Dinero, Billy, or just about anything else.
It's incredible how bad it is.
Working with the customer service, it took me the better part of 2.5 hours just to adjust a few elements at the bottom of the invoice template.
It's so counter intuitive. Like someone had never seen how software works before creating wild and bizarre routes to make minor adjustments.
I've used many other accounting solutions and invoice tracking solutions over the years.
It's just so incredibly frustrating to go through this mess of a platform while being charged more.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We work hard to create intuitive features that make bookkeeping easier to handle and we are continuously updating our program. Therefore, it’s a shame to hear that you don’t find our program to be either intuitive or updated.
I can understand that you’ve spent some time together with our support to adjust some elements on your invoice template. I admit that working with design and layout on the templates can be a bit heavy. This is feedback I will pass on, so it hopefully can get better.
It is important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your accounting program. It is always a consideration you should make, which accounting program that best suits your company's needs, and where you see the best match between price and the value you get out of the program.
