I purchased a 6 month supply of semaglutides. I received the semaglutides 3 days ago, but am unable to fully access my account. My account still shows the medication (semaglutides) have not been delivered — even though they have. The chat box just keeps regurgitating the same unhelpful message that does nothing to fix the problem. When I click the “Review Deliver Details” the page refreshes to the same page, it’s like theirs a glitch. And because of the glitch I can’t access any of the other tabs/services in my account (Dosage/Doctor on Demand/Profile/Billing/Metabolic Report) — none of these are accessible. The only tab accessible on my account is the Orders tab, and it is stuck with the wrong information. There’s no phone number to call, and no matter what I type in the Chat Box, it’s gives the same following message …. It looks like your latest order is currently under doctor's review, which means they are assessing your medical intake form. You may have received a message regarding that, but since the order status is "waiting_prescription," it seems like you don't have any available doctor messages yet. Since you're not seeing the "Doctor Chat" option in the portal, I recommend trying to log in directly using this link: [Patient Portal].
