The worst company I dealt with. We ordered Tirzepatide and we got it home in 3 days, package was not cold, it was warm and they sent 3 month supply in transparent bottles not dark ones, and when I asked for them to refund the money, they said I need to send them proof that the temperature inside was hot and not cold when we opened it, they are absolutely the worst company. do not buy from them. There are better options.

If you did the tracking you will see your package was in an fedex truck from 4:45 am for over 13 hours in houston heat. I also submitted to your customer service team a picture of the transparent packing and you still refused to submit a refund. So please stop lying online on trsut pilot. If I get a refund I will be happy to submit an addendum to my review. You now have my name, my invoice number and my fedex tracking. Ig you truly care you can just look up my number in your data base and call me and provide a resolution.

This company sold my phone number and won't stop calling me. I receive 2-3 calls per day. I have asked them to stop verbally and in writing yet they continue to harass me day and night. Do not give this company your personal information. They sell it and use it to harass you.

I purchased a 6 month supply of semaglutides. I received the semaglutides 3 days ago, but am unable to fully access my account. My account still shows the medication (semaglutides) have not been delivered — even though they have. The chat box just keeps regurgitating the same unhelpful message that does nothing to fix the problem. When I click the “Review Deliver Details” the page refreshes to the same page, it’s like theirs a glitch. And because of the glitch I can’t access any of the other tabs/services in my account (Dosage/Doctor on Demand/Profile/Billing/Metabolic Report) — none of these are accessible. The only tab accessible on my account is the Orders tab, and it is stuck with the wrong information. There’s no phone number to call, and no matter what I type in the Chat Box, it’s gives the same following message …. It looks like your latest order is currently under doctor's review, which means they are assessing your medical intake form. You may have received a message regarding that, but since the order status is "waiting_prescription," it seems like you don't have any available doctor messages yet. Since you're not seeing the "Doctor Chat" option in the portal, I recommend trying to log in directly using this link: [Patient Portal]. If the issue persists, please let me know, and I can help troubleshoot further. Thank you for your patience! — Someone from NewSelf, please fix whatever is going on with my account so that I can have access to everything in my account so that I can start taking the semaglutides that I’ve paid for.

I received my first order this week. I got syringes, alcohol pads and anti nausea medicine. No Tirzeptide. I have tried to get a replacement but their customer service said to fill out a replacement form. Navigation of the website is difficult at best and they said it takes at least a week. So I am easily 10 days away from resolution if any. They still have my money, I have nothing. They aren’t helping me even though I keep asking for detailed info. It’s not a very easy company to work with, nor is the website!

This an update to my original review. It took more than a week for someone from customer service to respond to my request. Finally responded when I said I was going to to start a charge back. All of a sudden they started calling and messaging me.
I had received my medication which was less of a dose than I was currently taking.
So they will not prescribe anything more than 2.5 mg which is 50 units so it’s not the same price for any dose as they say in their advertising. They’re dr. Told me that’s the fda recommended dose that’s a guide Lines
But that’s only a guideline I was taking 60 units before and had already plateaued at that dose. So 50 units is completely useless for me. I paid for a years subscription which is now a waste of money for me. I should have been told up front that they wouldn’t prescribe anything more than 50 units!! So now I will start the process for a chargeback!! So beware!!!! Also should have realized when 91 percent of the reviews were 5 stars !! I’m the only on star review. By the way they offered me $50 on my next purchase if I would take down my original review!!!!
