At the moment ill give them 1 star as it's going very slow they do not update you at all the only times they will message you is to let you know there's an extra cost that's pretty much the only time youll communication.they do not up date you at all there excuse is they are busy witch I completely understand and they have taken on new clients witch ain't my problem if you can't handle the work you have why take on more but if it weren't so close to finish I would have changed solicitors I will not be using these ever again meant to me stress free and it's been far from if you like not knowing what's going on and dont want update then this is the company for you ive rang and message many times and still no joy and the app they get you to download is no help they have only updated 1s and that was when we 1st started now 4 months in and the app says I'm still at the earliest stage even tho we're near enough at exchange of contact
