Ordered 4 sedum. They arrived reasonably quickly but 2 were in a very poor state. Stems had been knocked off in transit, as the box wasn’t packed well and the leaves looked very sad. I have reported the issue (now 2 weeks ago) with photos and have received an email asking cor further photos but have had no resolution to this. I understand that things can go wrong with plants but the post sale customer service has been very poor and I won’t be buying from this company again, nor would I recommend. There are other online gardening companies who are much more helpful if there’s an issue with plants and who resolve the matter quickly.
