Caramel Saved me.
I had a problem earlier today when purchasing a new 50k eval. The payment went through on my banks end but didn’t register through MFF. I almost bought a second one but I decided to instead email MFF support. CARAMEL, helped me out very quickly. I wasn’t expecting it either since it is a Friday night… but, Caramel was able to fix my account problem very quickly and get my new account up and running.
