Excellent help and advice
Having made my share of BG moans in the past, only fair to acknowledge the other side.
Electrician attended an hour after opening the app to make an appointment.
Fixed the socket problem but also picked up on a potentially dangerous wiring issue in the fuse box and rectified it.
Also provided balanced, helpful advice on updating options and requirements for adding additional sockets to facilitate full fibre broadband.
Also a nice bloke!!!
