I got my journal custom made and I was expecting for my journal to come at the end of the month maybe the beginning of November. I ordered on October 1 and received my journal on October 6. The quality is top notch and I love my journal it’s so cute and precious. The only complaint I have is the cost lol but that’s my fault I am the one who wanted to add charms!!! I will be ordering again in the future. Maybe a smaller one or bigger one.
