Price and car were OK, but would never use again. Had to be driven 20 minutes to their office to collect car. Confusion over ‘confirmation’ and got a slightly different car. Unpleasant woman in charge. Insisted on payment in cash (another couple walked out when told they couldn’t pay by card). Disgusting forecourt with overflowing litter bin and dead rat.
