Adhesive problems

My son has been using libre sensors now as nearly 7 years, throughout that whole time we had the odd faulty one, changed to libre 2 plus just over a year ago and the 1st 9 months was good, fast forward to the past 4/5 months and we have nothing but faults, mostly the sensor falling off within a few hours or days, we have only had a few sensors that have actually stayed on and lasted the full 15 days. Abbot is very good at sending out replacements, but surely they should be doing more to fix the problems in the long run, they suggested us using a skin adhesive before putting the sensor on his arm which I have started doing but even with that the longest we have managed to keep it on is 6 days 🙈 we have also tried covering it with patches but still not staying on, we used to struggle to remove the sensor after 15 days and always left sticky adhesive residue, now you wouldnt even know there was a sensor on his arm after it comes off, really sick off it now
