Would just like to say thank you to the team at outside clinic for going the extra mile for my partner whilst we have learnt it is super important to have a second pair and this is something that we are now talking about and planning to get asap.
The team at outside clinic have very kindly sent us a pair whilst one of his is repaired, I cannot thank the team enough as we would of found ourselves in a very difficult situation with only one device. I must that that we have never had this issue with the devices and we have had them a very long time and the team have kindly sent it of to be repaired urgently
