Cancel your subscription or else.

Although my QR code I created went well, there was no mention of an auto-renewal that would occur automatically, which CANNOT BE REFUNDED! After I did the trial period, I was definitely hounded that they would expire so I would need to purchase a plan. So I did purchase the basic plan for an astronomical fee, in my opinion. So a year goes by, and no email to notify you that there will be an auto-renewal fee in the event you want to cancel. Bang! I see my credit card get charged over $300 as PENDING. I immediately log a ticket to cancel as it is literally still same day. It took several days to have someone review, only to say it doesn't qualify based on their terms. So I guess the customer isn't always right. Rigid crappy terms that don't allow for case reviews to refund. Shitty business model.

A email reminder to allow people to cancel in a timely fashion without being charged would be a super nice upgrade to your business model.
