As I live in Switzerland I made a video call and sales associate was able to help me with choosing the charm and color of the engraving!She was very professional,patience and great in giving me advice!My journal came beautifully packaged that I even made a video of unboxing! Unfortunately I don’t have a heart to post it🙈😬
